TLDR: friendly front staff, professional hygienist, incompetent dental assistant. Also be prepared to spend about 1.5 hours here despite an appointment. I wouldn’t recommend. Came here for a teeth cleaning and appointment. Front desk staff is nice, but be prepared to call your insurance to confirm 150% if they do direct billing with this clinic (despite your insurance listing this place as an accepted clinic and recommending this place for dental work), because they say that they can’t find out for you……unless you call your insurance and give your phone to them so they can find out for you……okay? Came in with an appointment, was placed in a room, hygienist starts working, ultrasonic scaler acts up, apparently the room wasn’t ready for me, I wait and wait as they fidget behind me to fix it, then they place me in another room. Received a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Didn’t really care for it. I rather pay higher for quality care and professionalism. Dental hygienist did her job well. She does a regular inspection, scaling, and polishing. No fluoride or feedback after teeth inspection. Unfortunately the dental assistant lacks a steady hand and doesn’t know where to place the suction, but down your throat.
